A sweet little vase to hold a stem or two, this little piece is thrown on a pottery wheel using fun speckled, coffee-brown stoneware. After drying a bit, it is hand-carved with a 'rocky' pattern, creating a texture. When the piece is then fired again, the glossy white glaze settles in the divets made by the carving.
